Returns Policy
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can whatsapp us at +91 and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

Opening Video Mandatory for Damage Claims- To raise a damage or defective-product claim, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted opening video of the sealed package. The video must show: the unopened parcel from all sides, the shipping label clearly, the complete unboxing process with the product being removed from the package, the defect visible in the same video. Without this video, we cannot process any damage or defect claims.
Ineligible Claims- We cannot accept damage or defect claims in the following cases: No opening video provided, Video is edited, unclear, or incomplete, Parcel already opened before recording, Product used, worn, or altered, Claims based on subjective concerns (fit, comfort, personal preference, etc.)
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
You must inform us within 3 days of delivery of the product. Please whatsapp us at +91 with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have whatsapped us, the customer care member will guide you further. We will not be able to process any exchange/return if you fail to send image of the product received within 3 days.
Return Shipping Charges
A flat ₹150 return shipping charge will be applicable on all approved returns.
This amount will be deducted from the final credit note value.
Credit Note Validity
The issued Credit Note will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
The Credit Note can be used for future purchases on Achyutara.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or worn products
Products without original packaging/tags
Customized or altered items
Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Return Approval
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the approval process may take 3–5 business days.
Achyutara reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
